А той дате, о которой речь на плите слева, 60 лет. Кто помнит, что значит (положил) живот за власть? (Чур, в мой словарь ложных друзей не смотреть! Впрочем, если очень хочется, тогда можно.)
Underneath: another riddle, also from Prague, but one I have no answer for. These are the windows of a building in the process of con-(or more likely recon-, or even de-)struction. The would-be glyphs very likely aren't characters at all, and don't mean anything. But there is something to them, don't you think?
