Walking down the street in the city centre, I saw this in the window of a Greek-run (it seems) restaurant:

Now this is ambiguous between ‘Looking for staff with little [as opposed to much] knowledge of Greek’ and ‘Looking for staff with a little knowledge of Greek [as opposed to none]’ (something people get wrong in English all the time). But perhaps this other sign resolves the ambiguity:

‘ΕΦΧΑΡΙΣΤΟΥΜΕ’, you notice. And ‘ΠΟΛΑ’ (for ‘ΠΟΛΛΑ’).
